Do you host online processing technology?
Our company's proprietary software system was developed to process and manage posting, publication, and auctioneering orders from start to finish. It is the second generation of our software and features on line reporting, Milestone Tracking, and order entry.

How does Milestone Tracker work?
Our processing system contains a contact database for each customer that, depending on your preference, either emails or efaxes status reports to you upon the following events: Order receipt, posting, receipt of publication cost quote, completion of publication.

When and how will I get the results of the Foreclosure Sales?
If we perform the auction, our automated Milestone Reporting system will send the foreclosure results to you immediately after the information is received by your processing team and it is entered into the system.

What kinds of reports are available on the status of my active and closed orders?
Our Milestone Tracker will send you reports automatically as each order progresses. This Web site provides for password-protected access to a detailed report that is searchable and contains all active and closed orders. Your team is always available by telephone via our 800 number.

When do you bill for your service?
We bill our customers for each order once it has completed its final publication run.

Can I receive my billings by email?
Yes, our processing system can also provide bills by efax or regular mail.
